TNI Provides First Aid Training to High School Students in Papua


PAPUADAILY –TNI personnel from the Indonesian Pamtas Task Force-PNG Yinif 131/Brs provide First Aid Training (P3K) to SMAN 6 Muara Tami Skouw Sae, MuaraTami District, Jayapura.

In the release of Information on the Indonesian Pamtas Task Force-PNG Battalion 131/Brs, Dankipur D. Lettu Inf Janopen Arman said the first aid training for SMAN 6 students was directly fostered by TNI personnel from the Indonesian Pamtas Task Force-PNG with several materials, such as training on carrying stretchers and training on how to move accident victims. , Sunday (04/07/21).

Furthermore, First Lieutenant Inf. Janopen Arman as the presenter hoped that this activity would make it easier for students to help victims or their friends at the first opportunity if they had an accident. He and other members also expressed pleasure and pride when they saw students enthusiastically participating in the training with first aid materials.

The principal of SMAN 6 Muara Tami, Mr. Edison Paulus Takayeitos, S.Pd, said that this program is good for the school’s students, including to shape their character in helping others. “When they see an accident and train students to be disciplined because they are directly trained by TNI soldiers who are well known for their discipline,” he said.
